Bonded Care Industries® runs the same certified quality process across every Comfort Beyond construction, from the entry-level Veloza to the Signature Pocket Spring range.
From raw material to a finished mattress, every step is carried out under Bonded Care Industries’® ISO 9001:2015 certified quality process.
Bonded foam, HR foam, latex, memory foam and pocket springs are sourced to meet the density, support and durability standard for each model in the range.
Each mattress is built up in its specific layer sequence — from a 3+1 bonded base to a full 4B + HR + latex + memory foam gel construction.
Comfort layers are quilted in 15–25mm memory foam and finished in breathable, anti-bacterial fabric before final assembly.
Every mattress is inspected against Bonded Care Industries'® ISO 9001:2015 certified standard before it's approved to carry the Comfort Beyond name.
Finished mattresses are supplied to authorised furnishing dealers, who bring the Comfort Beyond range to customers in person.
